TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the sanfistyhub online store and purchases made through it. By browsing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Store operator
sanfistyhub is operated by Chrangisan Ssains LLC, a domestic limited liability company registered in South Dakota, United States. Our business and contact details are listed in the Legal Notice and Contact Information pages.

2. Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or ordinary manufacturing differences. Product availability, descriptions, and specifications may change.

3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including when a product is unavailable, a listing or price contains an error, or an order appears unauthorized. If payment was collected for a canceled order, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.

4. Prices and payment
The store's base currency is US dollars. Prices, available currencies, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. Your payment provider may apply its own terms or currency conversion.

5. Shipping
Order processing takes 2–4 business days before dispatch. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are described in our Shipping Policy. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Customs or import charges may apply to international orders when required by the destination jurisdiction.

6. Returns and refunds
Return requests may be made within 14 days after delivery, subject to the conditions and process in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Store use and intellectual property
You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. Store content is owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-party services
The store may provide links to or rely on third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

9. Availability and liability
We work to keep the store accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every listing is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
