RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Return window
You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. To begin, email sac@sanfistyhub.com within that period and include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the request.

Return approval and condition
Please contact us and wait for approval and return instructions before mailing anything. We will provide the correct return address after reviewing your request. Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, in their original condition and packaging, and include all parts and accessories. Returned items are subject to inspection.

Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact sac@sanfistyhub.com with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and advise next steps under applicable law.

Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
