When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before dispatch. This processing period is added to the delivery estimate.
What shipping options do you offer?
Standard Shipping is free, with estimated delivery in 12–20 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping costs US$14.90, with estimated delivery in 7–15 business days after dispatch. Including processing, estimated total delivery is 14–24 business days with Standard Shipping or 9–19 business days with Express Shipping. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
Where do you ship?
We offer shipping to eligible addresses in the United States and destinations included in our International market. Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout for your address.
How do I request a return?
Email sac@sanfistyhub.com within 14 days after delivery with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending the item. We will provide the correct return address after reviewing your request.
Who pays return shipping?
